Dumpling--水饺 (shui jiao)
Do you like dumpling? It's very common for Chinese people to make dumpling at home especially at the weekend. Some people starts from making dumpling skin, but it requires a little bit skill and can be very time consuming, so most people just buy it from the shop and just make the filling by themselves. Dumpling filling can be pork mixed with mushroom, ginger, spring onion. If you like beef, you can use beef mince with sliced carrots. Put some oil, salt, Chinese rice wine, raw eggs and mix with your hands. |
